I’m Valentina, DMS, PA-C, and medspa owner. A few years ago, I was a physician assistant, working long hours, day in and day out. I was disappointed and frustrated with my job. I had a dream: to own a luxurious medspa where I could help clients look and feel their best.Â
My start-up budget was zero (actually less than zero, considering I had over 150 thousand in college loans). While working full-time in surgery, I leased a 112 sq. ft. space in a salon suite and started to do injectables and fillers on my off hours. Two years later, my practice bloomed into a full-scale medspa making over $1 million in revenue.
